Workshop Program available now
The 10th Australasian Macroeconomic Workshop will be held at the University of Melbourne on Wednesday 30 March to Thursday 31 March 2005. It is organised by the Department of Economics and the Centre for Macroeconomics at the University of Melbourne.
The Organising Committee have decided to limit papers to a single stream of sessions. There will be no parallel sessions. The limitation will be achieved by refereeing the papers. Because of time considerations, the abstract will be the basis of refereeing. Because of this, abstracts should be somewhat more detailed than the standard journal-style abstract.
The dates for submission etc of papers are as follows.
- 1 December 2004 Abstracts due
- 14 February 2004 Full version of paper due
The Organising Committee is keen to have high quality discussants to match the high quality papers. To that end there may be some financial support to assist discussants with travel should they lack the funds from other sources. Those who would like to be a discussant please indicate to the organisers by 1 December 2004.
On the Wednesday evening there will be a conference dinner.
There will be a registration fee for the Workshop of $50. This will include lunches, morning and afternoon teas but not the conference dinner.
Options for accommodation during the Workshop will be circulated later.
