3rd Annual Workshop on Macroeconomic Dynamics (WMD 2008)

The 3rd Annual Workshop on Macroeconomic Dynamics will be held at the University of Melbourne, July 2-3, 2008. This workshop is organised by the Department of Economics and the Centre for Macroeconomics at the University of Melbourne. The event is also sponsored by the Economic Design Network, the Reserve Bank of Australia, and the Australian Treasury.

Confirmed keynote speakers are Stephen Turnovsky (University of Washington), Mark Wright (UCLA), and Randall Wright (University of Pennsylvania)

Attendees at the WMD 2008 may also be interested in participating in the Economic Design Network’s Winter School on “Money and Pricing”, which is also hosted by The University of Melbourne, and includes lectures at the graduate level conducted by Randall Wright and R. Preston McAfee (Caltech and Yahoo). This event is directly after the WMD 2008, and runs from July 4-8, 2008.
