Dr Martin Ravallion
Dr Martin Ravallion is Director of the Development Research Group of the World Bank.
He is an internationally renowned development economist having published three books and over 170 articles on topics relating to inequality and poverty, economics of developing countries such as India and China, and on effects of government redistributive policies.
Dr Ravallion completed his PhD at L.S.E and has taught economics at L.S.E., Oxford University, the Australian National University, and Princeton University.
